Dreez MaliQ, at just 21 years old, has only been a singer for two years. His sound has quickly evolved from the likes of “Loose You”, “Jaiye” and “VVIP” being a start for the rapper turned singer which has set him off to the higher ranks of the highly competitive Nigerian Afro beats.
Dreez MaliQ is back with his new single “Hello Peace.” The song is a mid-tempo Afro urban sound that portrays the urge for peace by an individual who seems to be going through some hard times and seeking solitude. In his words “The song (Hello Peace) came to my heart from combined societal experiences. The record was made based on some real life events happening to me which I realized a lot of people around me were going through the same, so I decided to put these pieces and emotions into melodies resulting to “Hello Peace”.
The song was Produced by Pido, and its sound borrows musical influences from the infamously hot RnB Hip hop with a blend of Afro beats.
