Although 2020 nearly brought the bars and clubs to a breaking point due to the pandemic. Even after suffering so much loss, the owners did not give up but rather innovated new cocktails to boost their sales. As every year sees a spike in certain drinks, we analyzed several trends to make waves in the bar sector. Given below are the top cocktails that one should try in 2021.

⦁ Old Fashioned Cocktail:

The king of all cocktails makes the good old fashioned cocktail. The American classic shows no signs of waning and has been a top cocktail for six years straight. The mastermind of the drink David Wondrich says: “One sugar cube wetted with three dashes of Angostura bitters and a little soda, crushed, stirred with a large ice cube and two ounces of rye.”

A margarita is a top cocktails classic in all bars. It consists of tequila, orange liquor, and lime juice. The drink often gets served with salt on the glass’s rim and comes with ice, no ice or blended ice according to the drinker’s needs.

Espresso Martin first got made for a customer who wanted to “wake and shake up” and is now a modern classic.

With a dash of egg white or cocktails foamer, it gets called Boston Sour.
