How Hushpuppi’s Saga Has Dented Nigeria’s Reputation – Abike Dabiri-Erewa

Senior Special Assistant to President Buhari on Foreign Affairs and Diaspora, Dabiri-Erewa has lamented the aftermath of Hushpuppi’s fraud saga in the UAE.

Speaking with News Agency of Nigeria, NAN, the Chairman of Nigerians in Diaspora Commission, NiDCOM, reveals Nigeria’s reputations in the world is now dented.

In her words, “Committing crime and still having the audacity to show off like Ramon Igbalode aka Hushpuppi. This is really denting our image as a people.

“But like I always say, fraud does not represent who we are as Nigerians; hardworking, dedication and commitment is what we, as a country are known for.”
