“I felt 3 different tremors. The first one was short but very intense. The second lasted the longest but not as intense as the first and the the last was mild.

was in bed. Heard and felt the entire building shake with a sudden and loud bang. Took it for heavy thunder. The second shock was even louder and bigger shake.

There was first a loud boom followed with a short shaking. A few minutes later a second one only less strong.

We were not sure if it was an earthquake but our Turkish neighbour came out to confirm it and told us what to do in the aftermath.

The first was just a loud noise but the second, third and fourth one was scary. Everything and everywhere shook. I was walking with my friends and for that moment, we couldn’t walk steadily.

“This was the second of three tremors. The first was much lighter, and the third was barely noticeable… hadn’t it been for the second tremor, I wouldn’t have paid attention and might have dismissed it as neighbourhood noise. The second sent me calling family and friends and it was confirmed. Was rather unsettling. “

” The vibrated 3 times but the second one was quite severe it’s my first experience so I’m terrified

“Felt 3 brief tremors at 22:45 (MMII), 22:48 (strongest MM IV) and about 22:53 (MM I), while awake and indoors in my apartment on the second floor (US 3rd floor) of a 3-storey (US 4 floor) building”

“I was in bed when I felt my bed and windows shaking 3 times about a minute apart each”
